The infographic above has been floating around since 2012, but if you haven't taken a good look at it yet, do so. Maybe print it out and stick it next to your computer, your drafting table, heck, maybe inside your kitchen cabinet door.
Why? Because I think a lot of us miss the mark when we think about what indicates success. Most people will say "money," "fame," or maybe will be more specific and say something like "owns a business" or "is their own boss."
Sure. Successful people may have these things, but I think the factors listed above truly build a successful person. And better yet, they're achievable! Anyone can embrace change or keep a journal; the hard part is you have to want to do it. You have to want to want others succeed. Otherwise, you might be tiptoeing onto the opposite side of the infographic, into the realm of unsuccessful people.
